Yates was in the flat with the tenant in breach of Covid legislation.The PCSO called for back up and officers arrived to arrest Yates.While he was being arrested Yates assaulted one of the arresting officers.Yates appeared at Coventry Magistrates Court yesterday (February 8) to face the charges.
